Making A Purchase

Placing your order could not be easier. Simply select the item, along with the required colour/size and add it to your shopping cart and then follow the checkout procedures to complete your transaction. Currently we only supply to the UK mainland, orders received from outside of the UK mainland will NOT be processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. Items will only be despatched once the transaction is complete.
Shipping And Handling

Orders will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail, Parcel Post or courier. Orders are usually sent within 24 - 48 hours however some items may need longer depending on availability. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery of your goods or 7 - 10 working days during busy postal periods such as Christmas. We will contact you when your item is dispatched. If you have any enquiries about the deliveries of your order, feel free to ring us on 01372 465531.

Delivery Schedule

Poolclean aim to have orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Ordered products that are not in stock will be back ordered (see Back Orders).
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will bookmark the order and either, reserve the product for you on our next delivery or order it especially for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges

15% VAT is included. Ring or email us for details.
Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
